A monthly note on what changed on the routes, for people who send enough to care. Rates are on the pricing page; incidents are on the status page; this is the part in between.



## West Africa: two swaps

Delivery rates to two operators in the region drifted down over three weeks, without any single day bad enough to be an incident. We moved both to alternative routes mid-month. Delivery is back to where it was in July; rates for the destinations did not change, and campaigns that were running kept theirs.



## South-East Asia: registration tightening

One more market in the region now delivers alphanumeric senders only when registered. The country page was updated the same day and unregistered names fall back to the shared sender, so nothing stopped landing. If you send there with a brand name, open a registration request from the sender settings.



## Per-operator notes

Country pages for the busiest destinations now list the main operators, and the ones that behave differently from the rest of their country are called out in the route notes. It is the most common support question we get, "why does one carrier show a number", answered where you look first.



## What we are watching

Receipt latency on one North American operator, which has been batching receipts more often than it used to. Messages deliver normally; statuses lag. If it persists it becomes a status entry rather than a blog note.
