Choosing a coin
Use what you hold. If you are buying for the purpose: USDT on Tron or Solana for a fast, cheap, stable top-up; Monero when the payment itself should be private; Bitcoin or Litecoin if that is what your wallet has. All seven credit the same balance.
When credit appears
A deposit shows as pending when the network sees it and is credited when it is final: seconds to a minute on Solana and Tron, a few minutes on Ethereum, about twenty minutes on Monero, ten to sixty on Bitcoin depending on your fee. Pending funds are not spendable yet; schedule the campaign after the credit, not before.
A balance in USD
The deposit is converted at the market rate at the moment of credit and the balance is held in USD from then on. Rates on the pricing page are in USD too, so a balance of 250 buys exactly what the calculator says, whatever the coin does next week.
Fees
We charge no deposit fee; the payment network sets a small per-deposit minimum, shown on the deposit screen. You pay your network fee. On Bitcoin and Ethereum that fee can exceed a small top-up at busy times, which is the practical reason small accounts prefer Tron, Solana or Litecoin.
Two mistakes to avoid
- Wrong network. USDT exists on several chains. Send on the network shown on the deposit screen; funds sent on another are not always recoverable.
- Reusing an old address from memory. Addresses are per account and stay valid, but always copy from the panel rather than from an old note.
