01From file to phones

Four steps. The fourth is a button.

Everything between the upload and the carrier is visible: how many rows survived, what the longest message costs, which sender each country will see.

  1. 01Import

Paste numbers or drop a CSV, TXT or XLSX. Numbers are normalised to E.164, duplicates merged, invalid rows listed and excluded.

  2. 02Compose

One text with variables from your columns. The counter shows encoding, segments and the longest rendered row as you type.

  3. 03Price

The cost is split per destination at published rates. Mixed lists are priced row by row. Nothing is charged for rejected numbers.

  4. 04Send

Send now, schedule for local time, or drip at a fixed pace. Pause and resume at any moment; watch statuses arrive live.

02What the composer handles for you

The boring parts, done before you notice them.

  • Personalisation

Every column is a variable. Preview real rows, not placeholders, so the segment count is exact.

  • Deduplication

Same number in two formats is one message. The import report tells you what was merged and why.

  • Mixed destinations

One list, forty countries. Each row gets its country's rate, encoding rules and sender ID behaviour.

  • Throttling

Cap a campaign at N messages per minute so your support line or landing page keeps up with the replies.

  • Opt-out handling

STOP keyword or one-tap link. Opted-out numbers are excluded from every later send to that list.

  • Live delivery counter

Sent, delivered, failed, with carrier codes, updating while the campaign runs. Export when it ends.

04Questions, answered

Before your first campaign.

How many numbers can one campaign hold?

Up to 1,000,000 numbers per campaign. Paste numbers, upload a CSV or TXT of up to 50 MB per file, or pick a saved list. Larger audiences are split into several campaigns from the same list without re-uploading.

What happens to badly formatted numbers?

Every number is normalised to E.164 on import. Duplicates, numbers with too few digits and unknown prefixes are removed and listed in the import report, and you are never billed for them.

Can I send one campaign to several countries?

Yes. A mixed list is priced row by row at each destination's rate, and the cost preview shows the split per country before you send. Sender ID rules are applied per destination automatically.

How is a long message billed?

Per segment. A GSM-7 message holds 160 characters (153 per part when concatenated), a Unicode message 70 characters (67 per part when concatenated). The composer shows the encoding, the part count and the cost as you type, up to 6 parts per message.

Can I personalise the text?

Any column of your file becomes a variable: {first_name}, {order_id}, {amount}. The preview cycles through real rows so you see the longest rendered message and its segment count, not an estimate.

Can I stop a campaign that is already sending?

Yes. Pause and resume are instant. Messages already handed to the carrier will still deliver; queued ones stop. You can also throttle a campaign to a fixed number of messages per minute.

Do recipients get an opt-out?

You can append a STOP keyword or a one-tap opt-out link; replies and clicks remove the number from the list and from future campaigns to that list.

Is there a minimum campaign size or a setup fee?

No. A campaign of one message costs one message. There is no monthly fee, no minimum commitment and no charge to keep an account open.
