A no-KYC SMS gateway opens accounts without identity documents, company papers or verification calls, and relies on content rules, consent requirements and route monitoring instead of identity checks.
No-KYC does not mean no rules. It means the rules are about behaviour: what is sent, to whom, with what consent, and it means the provider does not hold an identity file it could leak or be asked for. Payment is typically in cryptocurrency, which removes the card processor's own identity requirements.
The honest limits: no brand registration programmes that require a verified entity (US 10DLC, some sender registrations), and no tolerance for traffic that breaks the content rules, because there is no identity to fall back on.
